Rental information & Policies

For detailed pricing information, please get in touch with us. We provide discounts for multiple rentals, so please inquire about the specific rates. Please note that taxes and a delivery fee will be added to the final price. 

If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your deposit, it is necessary to notify us at least 5 days prior to the scheduled event. Weather conditions are an exception to this cancellation policy.

To secure the date and time of the rentals, a deposit of 20% is necessary. We offer convenient payment options such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Ca$hApp, Zelle, debit & credit card. If you choose to pay in cash, please ensure that you have the exact amount ready. Our staff does not carry cash. The full payment must be settled before the rentals are unloaded and handed over to you

Before selecting a bouncer or waterslide, we request your to review the dimensions provided for each unit. This will help establish you have sufficient space available to accommodate the unit comfortably. 

Please make certain there is a minimum clearance of 15-17 feet above the ground to avoid any potential damage from trees to the bouncers. A minimum width of 4 feet is necessary to create a pathway leading to the intended location.  

In order to get your rental set up smoothly, it is important to make sure the area is cleared of any obstacles such as rocks, sticks, animal droppings and garbage.  

We need a power outlet close by to make sure bouncers and other rented equipment work. If you're using waterslides, we also need access to a water source. We provide a water hose and extension cords as part of the rental package. 

The rentals will be delivered at an agreed time discussed at time of booking. Similarly, the rentals will be collected at the designated pick-up time. 

Before we unload the rentals,  you will receive a rental agreement/waiver that explains the rules, responsibilities, and terms associated with using the rented equipment. A Bounce & Beyond staff member will guide you through the operating and safety procedures and conduct a thorough inspection of the equipment before handing it over to you. The rental agreement/waiver must be signed before we set up the rentals and you start using the equipment. 

Please be mindful of any potential allergies related to the use of concessions. 

We are licensed and insured. Please check your city's park rules for bounce house permits. Not all parks allow bounce houses and waterslides. If allowed, an approved bounce house permit from the city must be presented before our operator sets up at a park event. We will not set up without an approved permit.
